The joy of...

House-sitting:
I don't know if any of you have ever gone house/dog sitting, but it is a wonderful experience that nobody should miss out on. The things that can happen are simply too valuable to miss: dog puddles on the carpet, dog vomit all over the deck (and the dog), dog vomit on the carpet, dogs who love to eat each other's food and take half an hour to eat their own food, dogs that hog the bed, and much more.

KC and Zoe did all of these things... and more :). But they're such sweet little poochies that it really wasn't THAT bad to take care of them. We eventually learned to get along quite well! Chris says that every night at bedtime now, Zoe goes running into the spare bedroom and looks all around like, "Where's Abby???" Awwwww ;).

There. I hope this amends for my lazy post last night (I had a blast just imagining what you all would say when you saw that!!). And the reason I did not post while house-sitting is because in spite of the high-speed internet that I had at my disposal, it would NOT allow me to log in to blogger. I don't know why, but I gave up after trying about 325489602 times. Anyways, that's all for tonight, folks!! I'm expecting an important phone call from somebody. :) Have a wonderful evening!!

P.S. just in case anybody doesn't know yet, we're getting married on August 25, 2007. And Mom, Anna, Andrew, Rachel, and I are all driving down to LA this weekend and we're leaving in 2 DAYS!!! :) WooHOO!!! Aren't you all jealous?
